AS part of a programme of the Dr Feelgood Cafe, at Chalkwell Hall, an event will be held to add to the exploration and the evolution of the electric guitar.

Jem Finer, musician, artist, composer and co-founder of The Pogues will present an evening called Shortplayer for Seven Guitars.

It is an hour long composition for seven guitars based on the compositional principals of Longplayer, Jem's 1,000 year long musical artwork at Trinity Buoy Wharf, in London, which has been playing so far for 14 years and 245 days.
