BE prepared to be spooked if you are planning on going to see The Woman in Black at the Palace Theatre, in Southend.

The show which is an adaptation of Susan Hill's novel by Stephen Mallatratt is headed up by two fantastic actors.

Malcolm James and Matt Connor play all the characters in the play which starts in a theatre in the 1950s and follows the tale of how the woman in black's curse follows Arthur Kipps.

Arthur Kipps (Malcolm James) has approached an actor (Matt Connor) to help him tell his story of spectres and ill fate that has followed him.
